Cheers for the return of Pauline Marois (May 15, 2007) :

At least a chief capable of an intersectoral vision, the essential quality to explain this project of country for Quebec . This is refreshing because it is the first time since René Lévesque.

Surely the Parizeau and Landry would have been able to communicate such a vision. But if they had it, they have preserved it exclusively for themselves, without never explained what would be a new Canadian Union, at the moment of sharing the Canada at least in two (or more) sovereign States (countries).

The Lucien Bouchard and Gilles Duceppe, Bloc’s leaders in Ottawa , were uniquely capable of only a sectoral vision. Their experience in Ottawa illustrate that very well.

If the both persons have been excellent defenders of dossiers, when taken once at a time (sectoral vision), they never have been able to elaborate a portrait of a sovereign Quebec integrated in a new Canadian Union. They were though located at the best place in Ottawa to promote a sovereign Quebec in a new Canadian Union; Ottawa called to become the future head office of this new Canadian Union, which has to be defined and explained to Quebecers and to the people of the Rest of Canada, since now.

If well explained, this new notion of a New Canada could very well fill with enthusiasm a large majority of the people in the Rest of Canada. As the Quebecers, they are tired to be pestered by redundant federal-provincials wrangling which are intrinsic to the actual political model of the Canada . Above all, it is a question of optimisation of the Canadian political model.

Madam Marois, I have confidence in your great listening capability. It is an important contrast in comparison of the previous PQ’s leaders, whom have never listened to somebody.
